I spent part of my Saturday sweeping up leaves around the house. We had 40 m.p.h. winds blow through town yesterday resulting in a tidy accumulation of leaves in our driveway, carport, as well as along the garage in the alley. I must have collected 10 bags of mostly elm leaves this time around.

And despite the bounty, it’s so much easier than shoveling snow.
