I received a text from my brother Mark during his visit to Santa Rosa in May. He attached a photo of our mother’s mother, Madge O’Malley.

Mark: Looking at pics with mom yesterday. Grandma in 1928

Me: Small wonder Grandpa latched onto her.

Mark: Yup. He was no dummy.
