This is agreement is non-exclusive. Michael Sweeney Photography retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media.

Media may be licensed for: brochures, prints, posters, flyers, for promotional purposes (not for resale), websites, magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications (no covers); Internet video and over-the-air broadcast.

Media may not be licensed for: Book or magazine covers. Media may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner. Media may not be made available for download.

Further, you may not compile media from Michael Sweeney Photography to replicate a similar service or share all of the available content in bulk with a third-party. Nor may you assert any right to revenue from a collecting society, social media website, content sharing platform or any other third party in respect of photocopying, digital copying, sharing, distribution or other secondary uses of the licensed content. 

Attribution: You must include a credit adjacent to the content or in production credits. The credit should be in the following form or as otherwise stipulated in the caption information accompanying the content: Photo: sweeneyphoto.com or Video: sweeneyphoto.com

Standard editorial rights: These terms grant you and your organization a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license and unlimited use, royalty-free with uncapped indemnification.

Intellectual Property Rights: All of the licensed content is owned by Michael Sweeney Photography. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by Michael Sweeney. You may not assert any right to revenue from a collecting society, social media website, content sharing platform or any other third party in respect of photocopying, digital copying, sharing, distribution or other secondary uses of the licensed content. 

Entire Agreement: No terms of conditions of this agreement may be added or deleted unless made in writing and accepted in writing by both parties, or issued electronically by Michael Sweeney Photography and accepted by you. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this agreement and the terms contained on any purchase order sent by you, the terms of this agreement will apply.
